Shipping, Return and Exchange Policy

Shipping:

Orders are shipped from our Hilton Head Island, SC warehouse Monday through Friday.  Please allow 2-3 business days for processing in addition to the delivery window.  We do not offer expedited shipping.

In Store Return and Exchange:

Camp Hilton Head does not accept returns. We will honor exchanges only with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Sundries, food, and skim boards are not exchangeable.

Exchanges (If no longer in the Hilton Head area):

Camp Hilton Head will honor exchanges with receipt within 30 days. All exchanges must be mailed to the customer service department at our corporate office at 90 Beach City Road Hilton Head Island, SC 29926. Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope for the exchanged item to be mailed back to you.
